I feel like the smg 08/18 factory should have been the toxic weapon for bf1. It's the only weapon that has been banned across multiple servers (that and the mortar) and can be really annoying to be killed by.

No other battlefield game, or any C.O.D game can beat this. Just stand there for a moment, in the middle of the first world war, and take a moment to admire. You'll see what I'm talking about.
I belive that the most toxic weapons in bf 1 have become the smg 08/18 and the mg 1917 telescopic, the mg 1917 because Way to often do I see people prone on the outside of the map sniping people.

Depends on the suppressor. The suppressor on the MP5SD actually does reduce velocity intentionally; it bleeds off gases from the barrel enough to make the 9mm bullet it fires subsonic and thus be quieter.
in Bf1 the only other weapon i would rate annoyingly effective is the smg 08 because of how many rounds it can shoot , store and how fast it cools down and the fking damage

I'd rather fight against that instead of the Type 2A. Don't know what they were thinking. If Dice wanted another Jap weapon in the game they should have added the Type 99 Lmg (which should have been in the game over the Type 97), Type 5 semi-auto rifle or the Type 38 Arisaka.
@@mattwordsworth9825 I agree with what you're saying but I'd prefer personally to go up against a type 2A (yeah it shouldn't be in the game) just because if you have something high powered like a bolt action you should be able to end the problem before it starts with an easy close up headshot. The ZH-29 can kill you at any distance with a 2 shot or 1 shot of you're unlucky.
I do agree with the Mg4 with flir and bipod but only on locker. Universally I would say the gun he just died to twice aka the aek would be considered a gun that is toxic to use

To the true toxic gun in BFV is the Type 2A, because with the Boys AT its 1 shot kill within 100 meters, but 2 shots beyond and any kill you get you could also 1 shot head shot with any bolt-action. That coupled with the slow bullet speed the the point where you can realisticly doge it and only 6 shots makes it not a toxic weapon, annoying sure. The Type 2A on the other hand, 51 bullets, fastest fire rate in the game (even higher than the MG42), insane hit rate from hipfire, out shoots some shotguns at shotgun range? Now that sounds like a toxic weapon
Hardline had the trio of Toxic weapons, all in one class. The A8S harpoon; able to one-shot from any range, the Mammoth Gun; being a Bane of TDM and being able to one shot at stupid ranges with pinpoint accuracy and finally, The Syndicate Gun. 47 round drum mag on a Lewis Machine gun with high damage.

The suppressive MGs take what the other MGs are best at and improve on it. Genuinely a lot more powerful than MMGs in BFV, since you have essentially a ww1 ACOG and can use it while standing, as well as frankly insane sustained accuracy and damage curve on most of them. I have fond memories of going into a game with a 0.7 K/D overall (am bad) and coming out with a 1.1 K/D after discovering the lewis suppressive.
@@nicholaslangbraten6048 i know its not being used but i am using it for some time and it is very easy. i have triple the amount of time in the game and even i have seen it almost never being used. the only weapons im seeing are zk 383, thompson, stg44, selbstlader 1916, krag jørgsen, browning m1919, zh29, jungle carbine and model 37. people need to use the other weapons more..
@@grav_nlproblem is a lot of weapons in the game don't feel meaningfully different to those meta weapons. They don't add anything that fun to gameplay most of the time, and since they have worse stats you just put yourself at a disadvantage by using them.
I'm guilty of a few of these tactics, except it was in old school cod games, Hardcore servers, barret with supressor and thermal site while rocking cold blooded and ghillie suit. Once you got a few kills in one position, i'd move to new spot where i watch my old spot and continue to kill them. I got so many nukes that way and a lot of hate mail in messages 😀
Hardcore was amazing if you had half a brain, since by the time people reacted to being shot at they were usually already dead. Made positioning and flanking a lot more important and made a whole different array of weapons be the most viable

While being the most powerful in its category, the A10 Hunter requires some skill. You cannot afford to miss against any semi-competent assault/support player. The two real toxic guns of the game are the SMG08/18 and M1917 LMG. One is a high ROF, high ammo cap, low recoil spray & pray SMG. The other is particularly dumb: all other LMGs are balanced by the overheating mechanism forcing players to fire short bursts, while this one is almost impossible to overheat AND has 250 rounds of ammo AND is very stable when prone.
Bf2042 beef I got with it: Graphics look not as good as bf1 or 5. Guns feel like cardboard. Every animation clips through No craters in the ground from explosions. Areal vehicles have the gravity of 4 mpsps No factions Customizing after spawning is the stupidest thing I’ve ever seen, i with there was an animation for swapping whatever you are doing, maybe even having to use a tool to tighten it. Everyone now uses the same skinny line hitmarkers ( halo and cod ) I fucking hate hitmarkers they’re dumb, I always turn the opacity super low. Sorry to rant on your vid tbag. I’m gonna go use that hunter inside on bf1, that looks like fun.

BF-V, the Japanese Nambu cartridge Type 2A gun for Medic was toxic, and you even made a video about it previously. It has an insane fire rate.
The ZH-29 is also up there, a always two shot kill low recoil spam fire.
It's the one weapon which still ruins the game too often for me. Hate that they put it in the game.

On that map on Battlefield 1 I was always the guy firing the F 6:00 Field Gun into that room. I got so many kills by doing that
