In this tutorial we used expression dataset from pancreatic cancer and performed cox regression survival analysis. The tutorial will provide answers to the following questions:

For the multi varriable analysis, Is it a must to make all varriables dummy in form of 0 and 1? Will I get misleading results if I just entered them as covarriates?
