1961 VW Beetle (65 Pan) - Hood Latch and Shifter Adjustment - 103

This is the 103rd video on the 1961 VW Beetle with 65 pan. In this video I get the hood latch working so it holds down the front bonnet. You don’t want this flying up while driving and blocking your vision. I also move the shifter lever back about two inches to make it more reachable from the driver’s seat.

Yeah any tips on headliner - I’ll do that in about a week

@@LarsonSplitBus- get alot , and i mean alot of small clamps . clothes line clamps ar fine . and good quality spray glue . i tried 2 times and after that the second time it was acceptable , but its quiet the task .
