Thank you for this video. I’m a smoker, and have had the desire to quit for years now. “Challenge your health before your health challenges you.” That hit different, and I needed to hear it.

How did it go? How soon did you stop before surgery?

How are you now Anthony? Doing Well Man? 20 Years... you got us worried there man.
My dad who's born 1960 has smoked most his life too.
      I recently quit smoking.
Been 13 weeks. Our Mutually Shared Universal Will Changes Your Circuts.
Willpower man, a leap of faith, commit to it.
Life is not beginning to end.
      It is forever present.
We are the flame to the candle, not the wax barrel of a candle that's burning.
But the tip instead, is how being alive has always been.
We just get desensitized to our free will.
Live by the free will man, not the bodily brain's autopiloting over you.
You've got this man, but a redefined person out of you has to emerge.
One can only change by quiting the habit of being themselves.
Altogether, is what's the benchmark for your brain to anchor you as to the man you fathomed that you were born to be. Actualize what's been long since realized,
Return to your will's sincerest roots.
Tame the mammal brain that feeds itself sophisticated excuses and a false sense of security as delay mechanisms in a life where your passions are at stake in this race against time, enjoy it, live it, don't coubterfit the journey with nicotine.
It's the journey of life and how you chose to actualize it is what matters, not the rewards.
Rewards are currency to keep you going upon another Journey, inspite of good bad and the ugly
Live by the bitter-sweetness in life Anthonym have it be worthwhile than to have a life that's being robbed away from you, and not by one cigarette at a time..
But the rate of being robbed off your very aliveness , by each and every one moment of living by autopiloted cravings over your free will.
Free will man, use it or you lose it.
It simply doesn't wait like a trusty wrench in your backpocket.
It is everytging that you ever are and the same everyrging that you and me, we arr all nothing without it.
Your soul man, for lack of a better word than the "consciouss" uphemism.
It's the body that creates the individual, the metaphor "spirit" for this communion between every single each and every cell of your body and your skull's temple having a bond with this consciouss is what males the individual, what makes us all experience, be alive seperately.
Draw in the soul, be invitatious of it, surrender aa the human mammal animal, nomatter how smart animals we are, you gotta strive for entry into coordinating your choices by realizing the intervention.
Intervene the sophisticated yet heart wrenchingly, self wastingly so mundane excuses that these clever brains of ours, turns sensory overstimulation addicted, self administratingly parasite like became, from earlier from being vehicle for the soul prior.
Free will man, use it or you lose it.
Break the habit of being yourself.
No easy street, only our choices man.
Make one in the image of your fathoned seld ççççççöö😢
