Jawans should become politically active. If we have 25 lakh Retired Jawans, if all become politically active it's very easy to have atleast 10 to 20 jawans as MPs and at least a couple of ministers in the centre.
Jawans should fight all elections, even if you are required to fight as an independent candidate by seeking help from central leadership of united front of ex-servicemen. Only then will you be able to see more Jawans in the posts of governors, Ambassadors, ministers in state governments, at centre, even may be PM, CM and president of India in near future. Then automatically Jawans condition will definitely improve.
Anomaly you mentioned in the previous table few days back for 15 years of service has been addressed.

Orop 2 aur agnibir ki bharti dekhne ke bad yahi lagta hai ki ab army mai jawan aur jcos ki jarurat hi nahi hai.sirf offrs hi sab army ka kam kar lange sayad.orop 2 mai jcos ke sath kafi naensafi hui hai.kis bat ka orop hai kisi ke samjh mai kuch nahi aaya abhi tak.ab sakar ko sochna hai sahi galat.

After rendering 30 yrs of service in regular Sub Clk (SD), now my basic pension is Rs 32614/- which is now ₹3100/- which is neither understood nor appreciated. In frist press conference by the Govt, rk of Sub was also missing. Earlier OROP, I got ₹720/- where as 28 yrs of service ₹493/-. Now OROP 2 is totally wrong. How we 30 yrs service would get the OROP 2 arrear?

sir, u have said rightly ,firstly, sir u will not get any arrear. secondly, no increasement in ur pension, thirdly, ur rank pension will now be 31,529 and not 31,000. fourthly, sir u will continue to get ur pension at old rate and that is, 32,614, as hither, to fore. it will be protected in ur and my case but for newly pensioner it will be 31,529. Fifthly ,sir ur pension has not been increased in orop 2 on the plea that, Aap pehlay say hi Jayada lay rahe hain? sixthly, sir, i am also the victim of orop 2 and had got nothing in 0rop 2. only i have got, baba g ka Thallu. Seventhly, sir, all the benefits have been taken away by gentleman officer as Major pension have been increased as rupees 8,000, Colonel, 10,000 and Brigadiers pension have been increased by 12,000 per month because they are in great need of money and that is why some of our brother have been sitting on Dharna in Jntar Mantar since 20 Feb 23 but no one is going to listen to their grievances .Dhanyabad and jai hind, sir.

In OROP2 Sep to Havildar Rank should have given more benefit due their less pension scale in compare to JCO.
U should compare with offices too
In OROP2 JCO are comparing pension scale with NCO specially Nb. Subedar Rank is comparing with Havildar Rank, because JCO pensioners pension has been not increased as they have expected. Presently JCO are getting good amount of pension in compare to NCO so if NCO rank are getting benefit in OROP2 they should be happy.

Sir, actually MSP 15,500/- honi chaiye. Kuyn ki Jco Or ka life risk sabhi ki tula se jada hai. Ishliye equal MSP ka guhwar hai. Sena mein sabse jada jan Jawan hi gawats hai. Aur koi nehin. Baki Sare enjoi karte hai. Comments karte hai.

Sir, not understood as to how we can say this as OROP. Sub with 30 years of service before 01 Jan 2017 are getting Rs 32614/- as basic pension whereas in this OROP table Sub of 01 Jan 2017 onward are getting much less. Please clarify

ROG(OROP). Dear friends let me explain you the main issues of OROP today but before I share you the main points of our demand ..... I would like to bring it to your kind notice that OROP demand was accepted by the Govt. and they were ready for the announcement ......in between some of our JCO & Jawans came to know that the recommendations made for the settlement of pension for all Non commissioned ranks of our ex- servicemen by our commissioned officers who were leading the OROP Movement on our behalf was not in favour of Jawans and JCOs and was not giving any benefits to them....... as always commissioned officers were getting very handsome amount of money in these recommendations .....as a rough calculations all non commissioned ranks were getting a benefit of between 500 - 1700 rupees only.....however commissioned officers were getting benefits of more than 25 K approx.....friends this was ridiculous after a long fight of years 97% of our non commissioned ranks were cheated by only 3% of commissioned ranks....as soon as our people came to know about this cheating...... immediately a parallel front was established as voice of ex-servicemen society (Regd.) by Mr. Veer Bahadur Singh .... our an ex-servicemen friend from Agra...when our peoples came to know about this new front which was there in existence to raise there voices ..they supported it well and a memorandum was prepared and handed over to PMO with our actual demands....that was the reason Govt. has put the issue on hold and has not made any announcements for OROP...... you can refer Today's Times of India in this reference .... now I will discuss the main demands which were put forward by us........
1) as per recommendations of sixth pay commission chapter 2.3.26 the difficulty faced by all ranks during military field service is same then why military service pay is 6000/- for officers and 2000/- for all other ranks even MNS are getting 4200/-.......the military pay should be equal for all
2) 75% last drawn pay as pension was vogue until 3rd pay commission....which was reduced later to 50%....Govt must accept 70% last drawn pay as pension ..
3) Family pension be raised to 100% of service pension ...so an widow of ex-servicemen can at least survive...
4) Court order granting enhancement rate of pension of all non commissioned ranks from 1/1/2006 instead of 24/9/2014 may be implemented without delay...
5) Equal DA for all ex-servicemen pensioners
6) Each and every allowances should be equal for all ranks..
7) Every pay commission compares non commissioned ranks with industrial labours......compare Army with Army...
Apart from this there are any more issues which shows discrimination between commissioned ranks and non commissioned ranks...this should be stopped immediately .....so non commissioned ranks also can keep their pride and should not feel humiliating in front of their families and kids.....
Friends if these points are taken in to the consideration then only you can see the actual results of your long fight for OROP......or else you will feel humiliation as you had been facing in past.....so please share this post to as much as you can.....this should be an eye opener for all who are not aware of the facts and are thinking OROP is in progress and one day they will get the desire results .....
Friends at Jantar Mantar now there are two stages/ tents....one led by commissioned rank officers and second by non commissioned ex-servicemen....they have all support from media and other forces even they are financially very strong.....but our front is also shaping well now and leading to a correct direction.....many of our peoples are supporting us now....financially and by all other means ...our front has given a headache to them and they are surprised by our unity....some of there representative are trying to meet us back door to seek our support on OROP .....yesterday one of their brigadier and his wife met me during our dharna and said lets OROP be implemented first then we will fight for your other demands....coz they are benefited by it......I very clearly told that gentleman.....Abhi nahin toh kabhi nahin.....after all we are being cheated for so many years on so many issues .....this was only because there was no representation from our side....and we were just behind them with our support .....yesterday our strength at Jantar Mantar was remarkable .....actually many of us are still unaware of it and relying on media and news paper reports....pls try to be at Jantar Mantar to understand the fact....if its not possible for you then spread this message to your nearby ex-servicemen in which ever city you are living .....let them understand what is this movement.....I hope you all will support this movement ....now media is also understanding the fact....that is the reason today TOI has declared that now there is a seperate group at Jantar Mantar..... who is fighting for real demands of 97% ex-servicemen.....even CNN has also recorded our candle march yesterday .....Friends 5 of our very aged Jawans are on hunger strike for this cause.....lets pray for their good health.....best wishes for a better OROP .....

As per rule SM can serve for four yrs only so sub Maj who has been promoted in 26 yrs of service has been terminated on completion 30 yrs, now it is not understood that pension of 30 yrs sub Maj is much more less than that of 30.5 yrs and above service .please clarify it if possible, SUb Maj Jainath Singh,Signals

I am an Ex Warrant officer retired on superannuation ie, after 38 years of colorful service. In the first slab subedar , I mean w o rank itself missing. Now my present basic pension is 32614 / pm. Why and how it is lowered in OROP-2 is not understood. Therefore kindly clarify the problem.
I am grateful to the honourable Prime Minister for implementing this OROP which was a long pending issue. I have to thank our honourable Prime Minister shri Narendra Modiji.
Similarly I request his kind honor to spare his valuable time and resolve this issue or I can console myself that subedars are being neglected. Thank you sir.

Sir, it is important note, what ever multiple factor given for officers from OROP 1 to OROP 2 should also be given to JCOs/ ORs. Then there will be no problem. In OROP 1 a Captain' s Service Element for 0.5 years QS was 8348 and in OROP 2 it is 35528 ( 4.25 times) but for a Y gp Hav in OROP 1 SE was 6308 but in OROP 2 it is 13849. Had it been multiplied with same facto given to a Captain then Y gp Hav's SE should be 26846. The same error commited in arriving to DE also.

It's unfair by converting the group of Y and Z in the same groups. We had also the differences in payment. My question is why the X group has kept in the same group? Sir, raise my question as strongly opposed by every pensoiner like me. Thanx sir.

Sir, was this a revision or reversion for some ranks. Revision of means increase of pension or better benefits in emoluments. What happened in this OROP2. It means OROP3 these ranks also not expect anything more.
