@@User90126 honestly just work hard and you can get better, that just isn’t as crazy as it sounds, I was at 20 minute about a year ago, consistent mileage progress and you can get better. You can get an 18 minute 5k 💪💪💪
How come your Copenhagen marathon countdown widget has the Spanish flag? 🇪🇸😅 awesome city for coffee and beer, hope you have time there before and after the running to enjoy some delicious beverages 🇩🇰
My marathon is in 8 weeks and I did a half yesterday at target marathon pace. I really struggled. My heart rate should be 15 bpm lower if I want to keep this pace for the full. Not sure at this point if it is even feasible or I should reconsider. I will have to see how coming weeks turn out.
8 weeks is still plenty of time. Keep the training consistent and you never know. It’s also possible you were having an off day or carrying the fatigue from the training so don’t worry too much! It’s crazy what you can do on race day
