Thank you for choosing ZROADZ and making this video! We are glad to see that the Hood Hinge brackets fit perfectly and it seems like an easy, bolt-on, no-drill install - just as we designed it!
I just put the bracket in between, felt like i had more clearance. Christmas tree zip tie and run along the back of engine, they way the older models had the hood light wiring
@WaterFowler41 nope. Just gotta realign the hood and lower the knobs front. Idk I just went that route to have more room for the pods to sit a bit higher.
Thank you for the detailed video! Answered all my questions regarding hood clearance. The trigger controller has my interest. How reliable is it with the Wireless connection?
Did you use a relay harness? If so, how did you connect the switch cable to your trigger? Or if not did you just combine those 2 ditch lights together and connected to your trigger? Thanks
Looks like you have the exact same truck as I do down to the color, 2019? I noticed that your intake is on top of the motor with an exposed filter, is this a mod or how your motor came from the factory? My breather box sits over the right fender.
Water Fowler 41 is there any way to route a cable through the firewall on a 2021 Ram rebel? I have hood mounted led pod ditch lights, I'm trying to figure out how to run the switch cable through the firewall to reach the inside of my cabin, any idea?
Hey do you think KC Flex Era 4’s would work with those brackets and still be able to operate the hood as normal? The KC’s measure: W - 5.0" x H - 5.0" x D - 3.27"
@@WaterFowler41 figured it out thanks for the reply back I moved the corner over on the Grommet holding the E-Brake cable. Then the switch cable slide through no issues Thing was really starting to piss me off
We actually offer a universal panel clamp that you can use on your Mustang's hood. Here is the link for the mounting bracket: zroadz.com/i-23910180-universal-panel-clamp-led-bracket-to-mount-1-3-inch-led-pod-light-pn-z390001.html and for the cube LED: zroadz.com/i-23910193-3-inch-led-flood-beam-pod-light-pn-z30bc14w20.html
The brackets are ok but not strong enough. There are better brackets and companies. SDHQ Motorsports in Gilbert, AZ built a far superior bracket. Mounting is similar. Good vidio though. I have the BD pro series high speed spots.
I had sdhq brackets on my gmc, check out the video on my channel, they needed a lot of grinding to fit the right way. I’ve never once had any issues with my zroadz brackets where I wished they were stronger. LED pods aren’t that heavy.
@@WaterFowler41 the BD pro high speed spots are heavier. I'm interested in your channel. Though I had no problem with my install. The BD had locking bolts to prevent theft. I look forward to seeing your videos. Thanks

ZROADZ Offroad Products awesome fit, love the brackets!
Would this fit a mustang??? 😈😆
Do you have anything fit 2018 Rebel ?
They do, check out their site, they have a few different options
Can you mount bigger then 3 inch pods if only mounting 1 pod not 2?
Good vid those lights should help spot those deer for sure
Thank you for putting together this great installation video for us! Very detailed and helpful!
So I'm sold on the zroadz brackets, but thinking I will marry them with Rigid LED pods .
I just put the bracket in between, felt like i had more clearance. Christmas tree zip tie and run along the back of engine, they way the older models had the hood light wiring
Doesn't that push your hood up a bit messing with the alignment along the fenders?
@WaterFowler41 nope. Just gotta realign the hood and lower the knobs front. Idk I just went that route to have more room for the pods to sit a bit higher.
Love your truck man!
Thanks 👍
Great video, but I have a question. Does the lights come with a remote that you can press?
Yes, I control my aux lights with my AUXBEAM controller
Great quality video, like and subscribe. Found you on fb ram page.
Thank you for the detailed video! Answered all my questions regarding hood clearance. The trigger controller has my interest. How reliable is it with the Wireless connection?
Never had an issue. I was not expecting this thing to perform as well as it dis
Did you use a relay harness? If so, how did you connect the switch cable to your trigger? Or if not did you just combine those 2 ditch lights together and connected to your trigger? Thanks
The trigger is my relay harness so it was as simple as plugging them into one of the trigger’s 4 channels.
Looks very good and high quality material do you have it for Rebel 2016?
Yes they do make those brackets for the older Rams too
Do you know if the brackets will work for a 2022 rebel?
Same exact truck so yes they will work
How bright are they, I don’t think you mentioned the lumens in the video.
I am not sure I changed out my pods a few times since this video. I'm now running Diode Dynamics SS3 max pods. BY far my favorite set up to date.

That’s a vararam intake, a few videos back I installed it. Recently swapped it out for a Corsa intake.

Yup, watch this video. I route a cable through the firewall on my dads limited.

Muy bien
Gracias!
Do you notice the bracket contacting the cowl much? I feel like my z-roads brackets aren’t bent enough...🤔
No I don’t think they do, I’ll check though, have you checked with Zroadz?
Hey do you think KC Flex Era 4’s would work with those brackets and still be able to operate the hood as normal? The KC’s measure: W - 5.0" x H - 5.0" x D - 3.27"
I believe they will but can’t say with 100% certainty.
Did you find the hood lights to glare too much off the hood ?
Some of the light hits the hood but nothing major, the brackets do a good job moving the lights to the outside of the truck.
Looking for little help here I’m having a huge BITCH of a time getting through the grommet in the Fire Wall any assistance to how you got in and out
Use a piece of solid wire or a kabob stick to pierce the grommet

Will these fit 2020 ram rebel as I was not sure what year is yours. Thx
Mine is a 2020 as well
does these fit baja designs xl-80?
I can’t say for sure but I don’t see why not
@@WaterFowler41 thanks for the quick reply...i am planning on buy a rebel and those are a must. plus the bumper light bar

To expensive for just bracket's
Gotta pay to play

Bro how do you like the air filter? Did you notice any power and sound gains? Also what brand it is?
Love it, gives the truck a nice growl and sets me up for some future tuning!
