Neverwinter:How to build a Guild Alone

This is a tutorial on how you can build a Guild Alone. I made a mistake in the video, obviously you don't spend guild marks on the astral diamond exchange. ;)

I was looking for some specific info, but this was interesting. I see that this is 3 years out of date, though, things might have changed. I know some of them they switched from Glory or Conqueror's Shards to Adventurer's, which was annoying.
You need 12 rank 9 Structures to build a rank 20 Guild Hall.
If I follow you correctly, you have:
1 Guild Hall
2 Lumberyard
3 Farm
4 Mine
5 Quarry
6 Marketplace
7 Warehouse
8 Mill? The Milling Yard for extra wood??
9 Smithy? Did you mean Smelter's Yard, for extra Metal? Not the Siege Smithy?
10 Farm or Quarry
11 Stable
12 Explorer's or Mercenary - these do not use the same shards. At least, not any more.
Explorer's Guild takes Adventurer's Shards, Mercenary takes Dungeoneer's Shards. Dungeoneer's are by far the easiest to get but have half the storage cap of the other two. They do both use different Shards to the Stable, though, so perhaps that's what you meant? I might need some sleep!
You need a Rank 7 Market and rank 6 Explorer's Guild to buy scroll cases, so having friends in a high level guild is useful, as you say.
But you have only two boons. :(
Ignore Masonry Guild and Animal Pen. I agree with Animal Pen, and I'm not upgrading the Masonry Guild any further.
You can get AD Crates from Gathering and can make Crates of Transmuted Gold with Alchemy much more cheaply than feeding gold to that greedy Mimic!
You get a Gems voucher for the first Tiamat of the week, or you can make Black Opals +1.
You can get 1000 personal rough AD from the Outfitter for 1000 Guild Marks, or 800 during the Double Guild events, where there's a 20% Bonus. And if you have the 50% Bonus pool, that's 1500 rough AD for 800 Guild Marks.

Nice work then, I have my own as well, only level 12 though, influence a pain, too costly in vouchers. The rest of the resources very easy as long as you can spend the guild marks on masterwork items to get your ad back. Trickier purchasing stronghold chest of power with no zen being exchanged now as well. 2019 the calm before the storm, lol, good times to build a stronghold.

Idk if you're gonna respond but how do u personally farm and get all the materials.i just made my guild 2 days ago and built the wood place but to build the farm it takes a lot of different things.

What Sorcery is this!? It would take about 37 years to raise a Guild from rank 1 to rank 20 on your own.
