EASY COPYCAT TRADER JOE'S SMASHING S'MORES! CHOCOLATE COATED MARSHMALLOW & GRAHAM CRACKERS!

Tonight I needed a quick and easy dessert to go along with our Homemade Smoked Sausages and Beans. What's better than S'mores? Trader Joe's sells this wonderful item in their stores during the Fall Season (not sure if they still sell them). These are delicious just pop them in the microwave for a couple of seconds and you have a wonderful treat! Try this recipe!
Copycat Trader Joe's Smashing S'mores Makes:5
5 Graham Crackers (broken in half) 20 Large Marshmallows 1/2 Cup Milk Chocolate Chips
4 Chocolate Almond Bark Squares 1 Tbsp Coconut Oil
Melt Chocolate in the microwave, I do 30 second intervals until it begins to melt then 10-15 seconds until melted then I stir in coconut oil.
Coat your graham cracker with chocolate, next coat the marshmallows and place them on top of the coated graham cracker, coat the other graham cracker and place it on top of the coated marshmallows. Continue until you have 5 Smashin S'mores allow to set serve and ENJOY!!
