I've been watching NBA for almost 30 years, and I have never seen someone this supremely gifted, with the clutchness and the ease at which he plays. He is genuinely a basketball savant and is only going to get better.

Luka meanwhile knocked off the 1 team and favorite to win it all…. In Phoenix’s own arena. Luka had 35 points but got pulled early cuz they smoked em so bad lol. But his shooting. % was higher than mikes, as I’m sure you already know. And now luka in the western conference finals.
So compared to MJ, seems like he’s ahead of schedule 🤷♂️

@@fl3782 Luckily his playing style is not heavily dependent on atlethisism and the way he reads the floor allows him to control the pace of the game as seen versus the Suns. He is the type of player who can play to he is 40 if his body allows him to which is a big if since he has been playing professional ball from a very young age unlike most other US products.

I noticed that the footwork seems to be so much faster too. Now he plays and manipulates the game to go at his own pace but he did always look really in control of everything. Regardless of the speed of the game.

He didn't have to be a number 1 pick because he is fit for Dallas, back in 2018 NBA Draft the Phoenix Suns need a center so they drafted Deandre Ayton, even if you are the best on the draft, but the top teams in the draft doesn't need the position you are playing, they will not pick
you. That's how the NBA Draft works.

Og basketball fans, you need to have watched basketball for at least 15 years, will recognize that Luka is special after watching just a few games.
