I have just tested this machine and its a beast.
I first tested it by connecting to the mains water but i noticed that the hose i was using was being sucked in due to the demand of the pump, the mains i have couldnt keep up with the flow that the machine wanted. I then took the machine round to my IBC container with is full of water and connected it up to that, totally different machine! The machine was getting all the water it was demanding and performed brilliantly, the bypass valve works a treat as well as i noticed as soon as i let go of the trigger the water flowed back into my tank. Perfect.
Please note that this is a cold wash pressure washer and when it comes it will come dry of oils.
You will need to use 15/40 Mineral oil in the engine, pump and gearbox

Hi, thanks for the video. I hope this reaches you in time. The cap you have on the pump is for use during shipping. You need to replace it with the yellow one that has a vent for expansion when it heats up.

@@isabellongoria7479 Before you start the engine you prime the pump. You turn the hose on and shoot regular water through the pressure hose (The part he's holding) and let all the air out. You know it's good when water is flowing out the gun without large gaps of no water coming out it. Then you can safely turn the engine on. It's one of the first things in the manual on the operation page.

be careful when pipes flatten like that, Little known fact, When you restrict the flow of a High-Pressure pump (Mostly Hydraulic Pumps) the water will Boil in the Intake side, causing small bobbles, When the pump is running the bobbles will collapse, and form again, when they collapse, They Collapse with such speed and force it can pit and cavitate the pump.
If left to do this, It will destroy the pump, make sure the inlet is far from restricted.

I would need more psi to take concrete off shutter panels if you know what they are.
Not bad. I'm sure is strips wood down to it's core. Must work well on streets caked in bird crap and grimy grease from alleyway kitchens. I have a 2700 that takes mold off concrete and wood well. I'm intrested in experimenting with a 5000 sometime. . . . What have you used yours on so far???

Don't understand hows mains can't cope but an IBC can? Mains is more pressure and higher flow rate. Think you need to sort the hose for a reinforced one.
Not always the case. I had low pressure at our industrial unit and the flow was terrible
If you swept a floor like you pressure wash, there would be still trash scattered throughout.
How is that 5000 psi? My 3200 does better than that.

Gotta have a burnt valve or cavitation.. thats not 5kpsi... either he has it turned down or he starts it like that every time and has a melted valve/ leaky valve... the way it was stuttering like that after he started it with no water makes me think its damaged .. maybe unloader or ez start is fucked up... dunno...

Doesn't help not knowing what nozzle yoi are using so we can understand its power. Anyhow wrong nozzle for the job or fake psi. Next time do a test with all nozzles so people have reference

It was just a test Steve. If I was using it for work it would definitely have a pipe going back into the tank. I hate wasting water myself.
