Moin, hab mal ne Frage zum Lautstärkeregler. Mein Radio regelt sie nicht mehr richtig rauf bzw. runter. Der rastet nicht mehr richtig ein... Mal kriege ich die Lautstärke nicht richtig runter (hängt dann zwischen 18 -24)oder mal wieder nicht rauf. Er hängt dann zwischen(10-17). Er geht dann z.B. von 18 -20-23-24. Er zeigt nicht mehr alle Zahlen an. Mit Kontaktspray gab es leider keinen Erfolg. Hast Du noch ne Idee? Lg

You may want to start by making sure you have the most up to date firmware for that model here: esupport.sony.com/US/p/swu-download.pl?mdl=MEXN4200BT&upd_id=11334&os_group_id=18 It sounds like it may be a hardware issue though which would require service via Sony directly. You can reach them for help finding a service/repair center at 800-282-2848. And if you got the radio here, you can also call our Tech Support for further troubleshooting. Their direct number is on your invoice.

Are you sure you have this model? The buttons on it always light up blue because they are not able to be changed.

We don't know how that is possible, but we do know that the Sony MEX-N4200BT receiver does not have the ability to change the button color.
@@ignacioruiz7653mine is blue. I have seen videos on RUclips of people with red ones.
