Been visiting London at least once yearly since 2017 (not during covid in 2020) for inspiration as someone working both as a chef and a bartender and I've yet to miss a visit the American Bar on all of my trips... Sure it might not be the best cocktails in London anymore (Think Satans Whiskers does a hell of a good job right now) but damn there is almost something spiritual about that room... If you would put any bar in the world in ¨The Bar Hall Of Fame¨ it would be The American Bar and that is not even up for discussion.
Any godlike bartender here? 1:07 and 1:11 What is that? He said they use rosted hazelnuts with coffee turned into soda. But soda cant be so white and creamy :O
My Grandfather used to go to this bar in the 60's and if you'd tried to put rosemary smoke over his drink he'd have probably kicked the bar tender in the nuts!!..different times I suppose
Very beautiful bar. Meaning, every bar in Vietnam include dance club, so noisy with dance music and idiots punks who come mostly for using drugs and dance under heavy dance music while on high.

it isn't so white and creamy, he just used a soda siphon that when it spits out the liquid it comes really bubbly. It clears later on
