I think the best part about this quarantine is seeing celebs houses that we otherwise would've never seen. And also I think one of the best parts about being rich is having a big kitchen. If I was rich,my kitchen would be a huge farmhouse, open concept, rustic haven of culinary bliss👩🏾🍳 I absolutely love how she gave a shitload of uses for the shortribs. I'm gonna try ALL OF THEM 😋😋😋

Thank you for connecting. I need help cooking. I used to love cooking for my family. But after a car accident i lost it. Ive been struggling for awhile with ME/CFS. I continue to fight this illness to get well. And i save your videos to regenerate my brain for cooking again. Right now I’m sporadic but its better than what it used to be. I want to be able to cook for my family and friends again. Thank you.
We have a large chest freezer in our garage. With a magnetize eraser board I write down everything not only in that freezer but the refrigerator freezer. I also take inventory from the fridge and pantry while writing out my weekly dinner menu. When looking through recipes if finding an ingredient that I don't or rarely use I will check for substitutions with what I do have.

This is exactly how I make chicken pot pie right down to leaving out the "soggy bottom" crust! Rachel, you are an amazing talent, and an inspiration to all young women. I'm not far from you (geographically or in age), and love how you've made good cooking accessible to everyone. I remember fondly running into Cowan and Lobel in Albany after working late to pick up something for dinner before the store closed and seeing your creations.
