How do I add keywords above my bio? Like Weather , News, breaking news

If I'm not mistaken, you're referring to the name section. The bold text, right?
You can edit that in the edit profile menu, something I see a lot of people/businesses do is have their name followed by keywords so it would say something like "NameHere - Weather, Breaking News, and XYZ"
