It’s tasty, savoury and crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside, it’s another addictive fritters to be honest …
At the first look, I thought it’s used flour and a real milk. But it turned out that the ingredients were super simple, affordable and easy to get. Surprisingly, there is no flour and milk either.
It’s called Milky Tofu, maybe it’s because of its soft and white milk colored inner texture.
It’s all thank to Mrs. Evana Tati on Cookpad who has shared this awesome recipe.

Ingredients
* 2 to 3 large Tofu, weighing about 350 g each,
Dice each of them into 8 pieces, or cut it into 4 pieces for a thicker and softer result.
* 3-5 cloves of Garlic, suit your taste, puree (Or you can beat it with food chopper).
* ½ teaspoon of Coriander Powder (it’s not included in the original recipe).
* 1 teaspoon of salt, depending on the amount of water, make sure the taste of the solution isn’t too salty.
* 1 teaspoon of powdered broth, suit your taste.
* 1 teaspoon of Baking Soda.
* 1 teaspoon Baking Powder.
* 1000 to 1300 ml of water, make sure to get it enough for completely soak the tofu.
Note it …!
The dose of baking powder and baking soda per 1000 to 1500 ml is just 1 teaspoon, don't overdo it. Because if the dose of these 2 ingredients is too much, then the effect of the tofu will be prone to be bitter.
