- Hello everyone,
I desing and build locomotive in 7 1/4" (7.25) scale. Everything is my design. From metal to electronic and all programing. The locomotive have 4 x 120W DC motor. The locomotive is controlled with mobile phone.
The locomotive passed test of 80 km (50 miles) with 3 wagons loaded with people without any problems and derailment. More in next video.

Nice but to me it seems like a waste of time to cnc these parts since you can weld unless you have to justify getting the cnc to the wife lol

That is very impressive, but I guess you need the space, skills and a lot of cash that's why I am sticking with 16 mm scale

Thinking back to drilling and filing frames, the pre cut parts make sense.

Hi Steven, it is controlled by phone. The switches are controlled by the phone too. Next locomotive will be much bigger and i will capture whole process too.

Hello, when can we get the plans or CnC files? Where did you find the trucks?
I finishing the electronics now. The files will be available on the www.on-the-train.com (www.rsslo.com). Everything is created by me and everthing will be available in future.

I have plan in near future to sell all drawings. If there will be a lot of interest in kit version, then i sell even in kit version.

I remembered another question. What is the window made of? Where can I buy cabin windows with a frame. I think it is
plexiglass.
@@vbkertivasut The Frame is 3D printer. But next time i printed in SLS tehnic, because now are printet in FDM and i cause that print bend on the sun. But for windows i use Pexiglass.

Aluminium rails are purchase and then we create the tracks by ourself.
