Well-done review. :) A family member has one and it works fairly well. I'm also not sure if it's better to save the money for the dry cleaner but it certainly is convenient. The machine doesn't remove wrinkles as well as expected. It's also a bit loud and belongs in the laundry room (and requires a little space for airflow). Not bad for people in a hurry or that have children.
I guess Im kinda off topic but do anybody know of a good site to stream newly released movies online ?

This is a much nicer version of a similar machine I had about 15-years ago. It was so nice when it broke after about 4-years we bought a new one to replace it - then it broke after only a couple years so we gave up and haven't had one since. When our old steamer (another brand) worked it was great, I miss having it.
I bought it and I have a a question hopefully someone can help me out. I used the special care option and pressed start button, about ten minutes into the cycle the machine started making a noise similar to a washing machine on spinning cycle kind of noise and it lasted till the very end of the cycle . Is this normal ?

When do you put clothes in? Is its straight out from washing machine or in replacement of washing machine?
Straight out from washing machine but I wouldn't put very wet clothes in it. It basically removes wrinkles from dry clothes, without ironing.
Is this my best option to remove wrinkles from polo shirts and jeans out the dryer????
Pretty much this is for when you do not want to wash your clothes that you wore and are not sweaty. You just refresh them. Or for clothes that need dry cleaning but you don’t want to send it to the dry cleaner yet
why doesn't it connect to the residential water inlet and outlet?
Because the plumbing work and placement of the device would limit its demand. Having a mobile water tank would make it much more versatile to place it wherever you want.
Can you please tell us how much time does one cycle take ?
Most cycles around 2 hours. The refresher cycle is 12hrs.
Is this real substitute for dry cleaning? I mean can I do all my clothes in this ? I love dry cleaned clothes especially for my silk clothes. Please reply

So you can only hang 2 shirts at a time?
That's how many hanger it comes with it. You can buy more hangers to increase the number however you are limited to the number of slots in the machine. Some machines have 5 slots. This one has only 3 with 2 hangers and 1 hanger for pants.

Why not the free sun?
Because you can use it whenever you want, regardless of weather and time of day. Sun doesn't always come up at night and it could be cloudy even during the days, especially in winter time.
