As a science student the reason is the cilia (hair) inside your nose traps the dust particles that is why you should always try to breathe with your nose

I brought both my boys to get a haircut and the gal just took out clippers and then charged me $35. I just bought some clippers and we all get high and tight since. That was fifteen years ago and I was so annoyed. I have only paid for two haircuts after that.

Guys, please don't wax your nose hairs. They can be TRIMMED if they exceed outside the confines of your nostrils but please do not wax them or tweezer them out. It can lead to infection or ingrown hairs. In your nose! And an infection in that area with so much blood circulating in and around it is dangerous. Please be safe everyone!
@@HasanPikerIsADoucheit doesn’t matter how much hair you have, waxing your nostrils isn’t a good thing for anyone. they’re there to protect you from inhaling stuff you shouldn’t. get a nose hair trimmer and go to town but don’t wax it.

The nasal waxing is extremely unhealthy. It doesn’t just remove the nose hair but also small cilia along the nasal membrane. The cilia’s job is to moisten air and move mucus along the membrane so as to expel any trapped germs and harmful particles. Though they can grow back the waxing can cause scarring and not allow for proper regrowth. This all can lead to more illnesses such as sinus infections, pneumonia, more frequent colds, etc. Edit: Forgot to mention that it could also eventually damage your sense of smell and taste.
Yeah, I didn't realize how unhealthy waxing all of the hair off of the inside of your nostrils was. One day, I decided to use my "pain free" wax, and I just kept going because it actually wasn't bad. I found out though that if there's no hair inside your nose, then all the boogers stay up and never come down! Never again. Then I found out about how dangerous it is to have an open pathway that close to your brain.
