I got the lumos matrix, I prefer it because I can program the back panel to say or show ANYTHING I want. This is sick and probably preferred for those that live in wet areas. Came with mips also.

Although cool, it is still unfortunately just an extremely overpriced bike helmet. For $300 (the helmet + MIPs + turn signals) you can get two or even three REALLY nice DOT certified motorcycle helmet with MIPS (half, open face, modular, etc.) that would be much safer and provide much better protection (especially on an ebike) than a bike helmet. It doesn't help my opinion that the largest size of this helmet is a full 7cm too small for my head. Excellent product review tho! Still got a 👍from me!

unit 1 is great but it isn't the best when it comes to safety, I prefer a non smart helmet like xnito or bern hudson instead of unit1

Does it have an accelerometer and light up when you brake?
Not sure about the accelerometer but it does have a brake sensor and lights up when you brake.
