WFG's commission rate improved vastly. Training associates make 30%, next level 45%, then 62%, then 81% (senior marketing directors). Direct overrides get 15%, then 3% for 6 generations, 1% after that. This allows brokers the ability to earn more than their uplines. Additionally, recruiting does not directly generate income, so recruiting is done very judiciously.
I enjoy working for a multi level marketing company, Example Young Living, every time I get my lavender or peppermint, any purchase I can trace where my dollar is being distributed. My cousin receives commission, her enroller receives commission, the family connected with her receives commissions...why wouldn't I want to pay/invest in other families? I love knowing I am actively being a part of their paycheck. Love is energy money currency... I personally don't mind that people "Above me" are receiving a cut..... thats the point. I would much rather invest in products that are making families some money. Share the wealth people don't be stingy.

Network marketing is all about building the network not about selling products. Results depend upon how many people you serve in the process. If you are sellimg products for your company then you are not working for creating fixed income asset but you are working under someone else. Chose a better company who hepls you not the one you have to help them.

I have one question; what are the sales we are gonna do, door to door, online, through retailers, exactly what will we do for which we are getting paid.
With network marketing it revolves around doing phone calls and setting up appointments. In most cases you’ll talk to people you know first and once you build a team you’l rely on their network of people to sell to. You will get paid through the company you do business with.

Hello Charlie, on my research I was thinking the same, then I found out that the companies establish rules that makes that if the person below works more, that person make more money that the person in the top. I found this one of the rules that avoid the companies to be a pyramid scheme, however that does not mean every company will follow that rule, that is why have to do the diligence to read and understand how they really operate.
Question. What’s the difference between network marketing and any job out their. It’s just mapped differently. U start as an employee selling products to random strangers making the higher ups money off of u. Then if u get a higher status u have ppl working under u. I see no difference except for the rules and layouts. Just my opinion. If it was all a scam nobody would be doing it and nobody would make any money in it.
The difference is that a job will pay you a wage as a W-2 employee and network marketing operates on a commission only basis and you are a sole proprietor working for yourself selling that company’s products.

Mintu Miri Hi the way it works is the guy above you would get the spread between 25 and 35 percent. So the guy above me would have gotten 10% of the sale and so on. Now if the guy at 35% would have made the sale they would have gotten the full 35% because that person made the sale and the guy at 25% would get nothing. Hope that helps.
