You are right my friend. Same as like 'London Stansted Airport' is about 40 miles away from Central London :-) . When you search for Vancouver, sometimes you also get the option of Abbotsford. It’s a low cost option for people who are travelling to places like Langley, Abbotsford, Chilliwack or other nearby townships around Vancouver.
Abbotsford is not near Vancouver it is about 50 miles east of Vancouver!!!
