For this guy to have a healthbar that looks Like 0, He'd have to take 99- 99.9 damage. By calculating the range he was hit by the bomber, it was sure to be lethal. But the range would've dealt 99-100 damage. 100 being the usual. He has one in 104268 chances of living. It seems like people around him, the range and his sheer luck saved him from dying. Not to mention this dude would take 5 bar of medic healing since medic heals 24 health and he has 4 charges, so he'd take 5 charges to heal up. He'd 100% die from a slap from the zombie.

I got grabbed by a runner and a bomber luckily blew up next to me and the best part is that I didn't even take any damage! I said to myself “Not even a scratch.” before another runner tackled me and then killed me.
