People complaining about manuals during commuting, especially modern lightweight ones like this, are really overplaying it. Daily driven my manual BRZ for 10 years, and I don't really think about it much.
totally depends where you live. I drive manual every day, love it to bits. But I live in a 200k pop city. If I lived in Atlanta with a 1.5 hr rush hour gridlock every day, I'd 100% have auto for my daily and manual for weekend car
@@eurly93 I live in metro Atlanta with a Focus ST as my only car and commute to my corporate job from the suburbs to the city. If you love the engagement of a manual transmission enough, you get over it. I think a lot of people are just lazy.

I'm STILL driving my 2007 civic V-tech and the one thing I can tell you is that when/if I actually use a valet (which is rare) the driver ALWAYS tells me how awesome it is when he brings it back. That may not sound like much, until you consider that I live in La Jolla, California. The valets at the various places park Lamborghinis, Ferarris, Bugattis, etc, ALL DAY and night long. No joke. Its only got 73K on it, but it definitely LOOKS 17 years old. But the car always comes back with compliments, and every so often (up until about 5 years ago anyway) someone offers to buy it. Funny.

I saw another RUclipsrs review on the Type R he put a integra type S damper module on his FL5 and it helped the suspension by a lot! 10 minute install.

It looks like so much fun! I grabbed the Sport Touring though. Type R almost impossible to find and Honda really sticks you on Si and Type R when it comes to financing! Hoping when my lease is up, we'll see better options, like an automatic/hybrid transmission option in the Type R and Si. I have a LOT of fun with my little 1.5 turbo in sport mode. It's good enough to put a smile on you face, but not be tempted to totally go to jail for breaking the sound barrier. LOL.
Nissan embedded Google into their Navi system is super smart. Instead of building their own and making the user use CarPlay for maps, embedding Google maps as default is super smart.

In every FL5 review video I'm always amazed by how much the driver gets bounced up and down in the +R and Sport modes. I have an FL5, and while it's definitely too bouncy, I don't feel like I'm being tossed up and down THAT much, unless I'm on the absolute bumpiest twisty road I know. Still, yes, I have an ITS module on order.
How is the structural integrity of the Civic with a hatchback? Any rattles or flexing with no bracing behind the back seats? I drove a Stinger and it was full of rattles, creaks and flexing with its hatchback.

I can’t seem to stomach paying at least 45k for a CTR with fake engine noise, manual seats, no heated seats, no sunroof, a 2.0L engine? Mid 5’s 0-60? I haven’t driven one yet though 😢
Pyle - they've held up decently well over the last 3 years and definitely do their job - I just wish there was an easy way to link them because they come apart
love the FL5 CTR but that synthetic engine noise has to go!! it just makes the experience a little corny. everything else about the car is amazing though

Who lets the car in the sun like that? Windows tinted plus shader in front. You don’t get heat inside as much.

Could vary by production model, but the two FL5's I've reviewed have been similarly bouncy. ITS module should be sweet!

I’m 6’6 and just sat in the car yesterday. More than enough room and plenty to spare. I could lounge all the way out and I was fine
6'0" with a long torso (which is usually my issue). I expect you'd fit just fine
