- Have you come across the idea of allopathic herbalism? This approach often highlights specific symptoms and conditions that certain herbs are “good for.” However, it has a limitation: it doesn't address the root causes of diseases.
To achieve profound healing, it's crucial to go beyond simply matching herbs with symptoms. Embracing the traditional vitalist herbalism philosophy lets you explore the underlying energies beneath disease symptoms. This empowers you to choose herbs confidently, ensuring they consistently bring about lasting and effective healing results.
In today’s video you’ll learn:
-Ways to avoid the trap of allopathic herbalism
-How to heal by working with your body instead of against it
-Why you shouldn’t ignore symptoms and what they're trying to tell you
-How to deepen your connection with nature and uncover the meaning behind herbs, changing seasons, and the weather

His mission is to develop a comprehensive approach that balances the science and spirituality of plant medicine, focusing on using plants to heal and rejuvenate the body, clarify the mind, open the heart, and support the development of the soul. Had a huge lightbulb moment watching this. Thank you so very much for offering this information, with relevant, relatable examples!
Glad it was helpful!💚
I’m really loving this vitalism series!
I'm so glad to hear! If you're wanting to dive in even deeper we're actually sharing a free mini-course all about it right now. Here's the link if you'd like to join me: www.evolutionaryherbalism.com/vitalist-herbalism-mini-course/
I love so much how you talk about Vitalism, and always bringing it back to nature. Thank you.
💚💚💚
You are a really good teacher. I will be rearranging my finances to account for my membership. In the mean time, I’m watching all your videos. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
It's my pleasure💚
My herbal teacher Josh Williams introduced me to you and the practice of developing the relationships with the plants. I very much appreciate how well you explain this here. ❤
💚
" We treat people " quite. You rock Sajah
💚
What an amazing video! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and for helping us to expand our awareness around our essence of Nature! 🌳🌳🌏🌱🙏🏼💚
You are so welcome!💚
My sister and I were just talking about how you are such a clear channel for the plants. Thank you brother 🙏
I love the way you spoke about symptoms not being the enemy and how they are a good thing! I've held this belief but havent had the right language to explain it to others! thank you!
That was a great video and it reinforced a lot of the teachings I’ve been incorporating on my plant path for the last few years. You are such a great teacher- making these concepts so easy to understand! Thank you so much and looking forward for more of your content! 🦋
You are so welcome💚
Love it! Symptoms are truly the language of the body and we should not silence/suppress but rather listen and lovingly move through it🔥❤
Thanks 🙏🏼 Love what your putting out here 💚 🌿 It’s a long & lovely journey
You are so welcome💚
Delighted to come across you again...thank you. Always good to be open minded to expanding our awareness to different perspectives..not being to 'set' in our approaches. Have always felt..in various aspects of medicine..that sometimes we are just treating the Symptoms & not going beyond to the Underlying causes, whether physical, emotional, psychological, spiritual..etc. 🤔
💚💚💚
I love the approach, its so alive! Thank you!
You're so welcome!💚
I really like this space of learning that you provide. thank you for your truth.
It's been an absolute blessing coming across you and your wife's blog and you tube chanel- it has given me a whole new perspective on herbalism and plant alchemy. I don't have funds for the classes, but the free stuff you guys provide is simply fantastic and appreciated!!! Thank you so SO much!! 🌱💚🌱
Our pleasure!💚
Excellent information, Sajah. Thank you!
Such a detailed and beautiful description of vitalism. Thank you for making this video.
Glad you enjoyed it!❤
Thank you!
THANK YOU. I have literally been there and done that with fevers and accidentally made them last far longer than necessary. I recently have had some success treating a nagging cough (one that the person has had for months in the aftermath of a flu) with a mix of elecampane and wild lettuce made into a cough syrup. This is in someone with a cool, phlegmatic overall nature. The fire of the elecampane zaps the cough with lightning and the wild lettuce rushes in to cool it for lack of a better ability to explain. Antibiotics did absolutely nothing, of course, and that is what allopathic doctors prescribed.
I'm glad the plants are coming through for you💚
Thanks to videos like this one! Keep up the good work@@EvolutionaryHerbalism
Love this. Just because it's a plant doesn't make it safe. Give an herb for this can end up with a serious damage to that. Get to know the person on an individual level. Yes!!!
Exactly💚
I learned that wind wreaks havoc on my system. Omg it's horrible and draining. Scatters energy and depletes it too. Being grounded in wind cold north is exhausting and taxing to the max. Especially when ya walk everywhere!!!!
pokies, love it. love your work, ever so inspiring ❤
Thank you💚
Great video as always! 🌿💚 Binging your content. You put out such amazing information and I love the aesthetics and visuals of your videos. So pleasing in my mind and soul 🥰
Thank you💚
🙌🏼♥️

No wind today, hip hip horray
I am interested in how all of this can tie into qigong or taoist inner alchemy as I study and practice both the energy and plant paths..
As vitalists I'm surprised that you're not proponents of the Terrain theory instead of the germ theory ?
