Just started reading these books and they are my favorite ones ever, I love lord of the rings just a great franchise
That’s pretty awesome I think the books do some things better than the movies tbh
The Third Age is a game that I come back to time and again. There's just something about it that is special and timeless to me. The same can be said of Return of The King, Jaws Unleashed, Jedi Academy, Peter Jackson's King Kong, and KOTOR 2.
0:56 Definitely a cause to celebrate--the new show flopped, which is the good ending.
A friend of mine used to mock me for playing The Third Age on the GBA but I love it and still play it.
Two towers was my favorite game back in the day I actually think it’s more fun nowadays! Takes me back to a simpler gaming days!
My best mate and I did an all nighter once playing the Return of the King game together and 100% the game. It's one of my personal favourites
oh my goodness i remember absolutely loving lord of the rings the third age!
It's called refined taste
Realy enjoyed this , keep up the good work
Battle for Middle Earth 1 and 2+ the expansion for 2 we're my favorite games growing up. I still got the physical PC games from my childhood with the boxes and everything ^^
Loved playing some of these as a kid this brings back memories. The Return of the King on PS2 was my favourite.
The fact someone else remembered the baseball stadium from MOH Rising Sun brings warmth to my heart!
I played third age until I got stuck in some looping cave system. Then I forgot to go back, and it's been like three consoles. This video is a trip, I feel like I played bits of all of these at one house or another.
The Fellowship of the Ring rear box art of Aragorn, Gandalf, Frodo definitely looks like the portraits from Icewind Dale 2.
Lord of the rings the third age for GBA is one of my favorite handheld tactical games ever! I completed it with every character, good and evil several times!
Conquest and The Third age were so dope as a kid, I played the third age but never beat it I’d just play the first chapter unlock the orca then restart after I got bored. But the amount of hours spent was a joke. Thanks for the bid the nostalgia alone in this video for me is enough to leave a like!
The Two towers and return of the king games are so well done imo bro. Especially with the amount of fan service put in for fans of the movies. Also the gameplay is surprisingly good with the hack n slash gameplay and the set pieces you play thru. Slap on some coop too and you got a complete package game 🔥👍🏼
I'm an 80s/90s kid and my introduction to LOTR was the Ralph Bakshi movie. My uncle showed it to me when I was 12 or 13 and I've been a Tolkien fan ever since.
