I am late to this review… apologies! A gorgeous piece, up to SWC standards. 40.5mm is not an overly big watch by any means, but it will wear large as it is all dial. I have a 7.5” wrist and it should be fine. For comparison, my favourite watch is my Tudor Heritage Ranger (41mm) and I love it to no end. Cheers mate, and thank you for another enjoyable video. Blessings for the Holiday season.
Hi mate firstly to thank you for the huge heads up for vostock watches last year did what you suggested and went straight to the source the savings were fantastic bought 2 amphibians 3 komandirskies and an original commanders a little wait for delivery took about a month was very impressed with the colours and case style went on to modd all of them with metal movement holders stainless steel signed crowns Geneva rotas and blued screws with exhibition case backs the modds cost more than the watches have bought about 6 empty cases and 12 dials but have found the movements hard to come by Russia's fault have since Ukraine my interest has wained and have started modding Seiko's just caught your vids on quartz watches with the Rhonda 515 just orded 2 so will make a change from automatics thanks and keep the content flowing bill a happy UK folllower
@@Grendal62 tore my acl playing soccer last year. I was just cleared to play again, haven't yet, but I'm working on it. Taking it slow. The hair might be here to stay... I said that about a lot of watches too though 😂
@@ChillinwitWatches OOPH! i've not torn it before, but a lot of friends have. it is a doozy. well whether you cut it or not it does appear your hair won't leave you high and dry. personally? god is my barber, he just goes a bit heavy on top.😁 you still got the SNE585?
@@ChillinwitWatches True, it all comes down to one's own perception. I have from 38 to 46 and like and wear them all, but lately have just not been reaching for the smaller ones. I'd say my personal preference nowadays is 42 or 43. Same ish size wrist as you at 7.25 btw. Long time lurker and giver of thumbs up to your videos. Cool channel!
SWC solid brand IMO. Great review!
Great review Pete. I just put up my review and it’s an impressive piece indeed.
Thanks Joe, I'll check you out tonight!
Nice watch, but my 38mm Orion Hellcat with burgundy dial wins on so many levels. Plus it comes on a gorgeous and comfortable bracelet!
That Orion is a very good looking watch!

Sweet, I have the 41 ranger as well! Also love it, but it is a big boy for me.

I love it
has anyone commented on the hair yet? you gonna top bun eventually? oh yea, watches... that is a nice looking field watch. omega-esque lug design
Surprisingly not one person! It started that I wasn't going to cut my hair from my surgery until I could play soccer again.
@@ChillinwitWatches oh man, what surgery? guess i didn't follow channel close enough. guessing knee or ankle? hopefully you're almost outta the woods

@@Grendal62 sure do! I love that watch!
40.5 is not a bad size for your wrist. 38 would be too small. 42 would be better
What's better for you is not better for me! But I feel you, you like the big watches!

@@marcelovasconcellos6067 yeah man I'll do 4243, even 44 as a diver all day long. I mostly go through phases where I want small and then I want big.
