    I love your garden setup, the greenhouses are very nice, it's on my wish list. I want to learn how to can some day. Great video, I love it.

    That's exactly what happens to my onion patch too, gets 3X more weeds than other beds. Practically feral if left unweeded for more than a month lol

    Thanks for showing us your garden Lee, what a great space you have. Sorry I can’t give you any info on sweet potatoes as I have not grown them yet. If you can do a video on your weeds sometime before pulling up, most are edible and medicinal. Even though we are on different continents we do have the same plants sometimes x

    Sweet potatoes are a first for me this season too haven't yet harvested but if I get half of what you got, I'd be happy...big or small they are still edible...TFS

      Yes not bad for the first year. They say 4-6 weeks to cure!

    I dig my sweet potatoes when the vines begin to die Lee
    They may get a little bigger, and they are gorgeous

      Thanks, too late I dug them all up. I got a few decent size ones. First year doing it I learned a lot for next year!
