A&M is a legit dark horse. According to ESPN and On3, their roster talent is ranked in the top 10; they are ranked 4th in the country for BCR (Blue Chip Ratio) with 79% of their roster either 4* or 5*; despite their losses, they are ranked #1 in the SEC for returning production; 247 Sports has them ranked 4th overall in transfer portal ranking; the majority of the #1 recruiting class from 2022 are still on the roster; Vegas gives Conner Weigman 8th best odds to win the Heisman Trophy; A&M has one of the deepest RB rooms in the country; they added nearly 30 sacks through the portal; etc., etc., etc. Their question marks are at OL, WR and CB. Strengths are at QB, DL, DB, RB.

Until Weigman proves he can be healthy I don’t think you can say QB is a strength

This season, as most seasons are, will be dependent on the o-line. If the o-line is better than average this team has a chance at the playoffs. If they are bad as they have been the past 3 years, then this team will disappoint again despite the talented roster around them.
