I had to cancel my Patreon membership because I’m so bled dry money wise, I apologize 😭😭 but as soon as I have money, I am determined to get this month’s rewards. It’s been too long and I miss getting mail from you every month and enjoying the beautiful sparkly wonder that your art brings 🥹❤ you always make such wonderful things and I’m so thankful that you share them with us all!!!
Something I have been wondering about using the paper as your palette, does it suck the moisture out of the paints, do your paints tend to dry out faster? Do you add extender to keep them wet or just water? I really love the idea of being able to repurpose the paper palette. I always end up with fun and unexpected color combinations on my palette!
I don't really use those things, and maybe I should! because the big chunks of dried paint do tend to get little cracks in them. I've found that if I put a lick of fixative over the top it's less likely to crack. xoxox
hehehe! I love collecting weird and wonderful water vessels and potential paint palettes when I go out thrifting! I love it whenever people notice them! x
such a lovely and inspiring video!! thank you for sharing, sophie :-) it made me stop a little bit at work to look at the clouds and doodle the sky and buildings. hope you have a lovely day!
in love with this one. the looseness is perfect and everything i aspire to be!! and i relate to the moving as well. moved over 12 times in my childhood, and also kept at it well into my 20's. now in my 30s settled down in a quiet town surrounded by nature 🥹 and it's really starting to feel like home!!!!!!!! i hope you get to feel this feeling one day, it's great 😊💚🩷 (based on the assumption that you want that though😅)
@@SophieMcPike I started my garden immediately after moving here, I totally relate to that!! really really hope you get to experience that sooner rather than later💘💘
This was such a sweet and calm video to wake up to this morning. I really adore that colour gradient of coral red to green. It's so good!! And I agree, I think the inclusion of the flowers makes everything look more lush, but more inviting too. It's like you want to climb up her body to get to the cosiness of that house, to be watched over and protected by her. I hope you find yourself a home where you can feel like this, for a long time. x
we moved around A LOT growing up, sometimes every few months. Livignin this house is the longest i've even lived in a place (1o+years) and its not even in the country i was born lol 😝
Lovely, as usual. The art is lovely, but spending time with you is just as lovely. I hope you find your home soon. My daughter and son-in-law are having a house built. It took a really long time to snag a house because the housing market has been super hot. Every time they made an offer, the house was already sold. I wish you great good luck. It will happen! 🏡
