The exporting is sped up to x4 so it's not quick you'll have to wait, also you can do it on all frames, hope this helps you.

Long answer:
In order to get a slot mo clip you need the clip to have 240fps which kinemaster can't handle and will change it to 60 fps when you try to open the clip on Kinemaster
I think there's other tutorials tho
