Y’all can live and stay there, I’m not going anywhere near it.
I would suggest before moving anywhere, DO NOT take the advice of a Real Estate Agent but do your own history research.

I'm just here to see if the haunted rumors is true

The rumors are definitely true. It was a thriving black community in the 1950’s called Oscarville. Per usual white people hated that and decided to drown it out. It’s a LITERAL graveyard. People lose their lives there weekly and their bodies never resurface. I’ve lived in Georgia for most of my life and I vow to NEVER go there EVER. You couldn’t pay me to see it.

What is it REALLY Like Living on Lake Lanier? We don't live on Lake Lanier but it's an amazing beautiful lake. We're about 20 minutes south of Lake Lanier.

Don't choose this Lake as a camping place because I saw this video if you are a parent of a child your child walk to the water and you can hear the sound and when you ask them why are you under the water they will say somebody say to me and their actually sleep walking the reason that this place is Haunted is because this Lake used to be a Island some people thought they should change this into a lake and when you go under the Lake you can see some cars so don't go here I am not a Georgian resident but believe me don't go here because I saw a video

It is. There’s a black community buried underneath the lake. Look up the history.

Would love to be on the lake, but Lanier is going to be a bit too $$$ (and frankly a bit crowded). Thinking Clarks Hill might be a better option for us.
