Been to Benalmadena twice a year for 14 years until 2020. Booked to go back in late Spring, hope we can go in relative safety. 18 months now with no Benalmadena holiday has been awful but so many people have lost jobs, got sick or even lost their lives it puts everything into perspective. It makes you realise that moaning about missing your favourite holiday destination is pretty pathetic. Thanks for your video, it brightened up a miserable January morning. I've walked every inch of that route many times, can't wait to do it again.

4 times before COVID and 2 weeks in Feb this year stopping in Barracuda hotel we had lovely weather and a great time as usual. Before COVID we stopped 6 weeks at Belamadina Palace spa . We love it

Thanks for sharing your walks with us and keep up the great music. Plan to meet Spanish friends from Palma in Madrid this February and rent a car to send 3 weeks touring southern Spain. If that will be possible, depends on whether Mr. Sánchez removes some of the restrictions. We are from Orlando.
I will be there in Benalmadena in Spain on 18th December 2022 for 1 weeks and I know weather is cool and lovely walking in anywhere. I am look forward soon in Spain. ;-)

No idea what my hotel was called, my first time in benalmadena way back in June 1983 , still got loads of photos in the house from that holiday, I still have a soft spot all these years later for the town. I'm a few years older now, I am now a huge fan of the Axarquia.
I was lucky enough to get to Majorca in July but had to quarantine as 8 days into holiday they closed the travel corridor. I managed a few days in Skegness end of august and am currently in Scarborough for the school holidays. Not nearly as glamorous as your videos but better than nothing. We’re too unsure about booking anything for next year as no one really knows what’s going on. I have had my wedding anniversary weekend cancelled in June and it’s looks like my November birthday gone done the spout. Glad I have ur wonderful videos to keep watching. Keep on walking 😀

Fabulous Indian Restaurant Los Porches on the main road . Best Indian I’ve ever tasted. Everything is cooked with quality ingredients. The owner is called Raju and he’s just an amazing 🤩 man. X

Got a parking ticket here on the main road , bought a ticket and it blew off when I closed the door . Found he meter maid and she cancelled it . Happy days . Great place , especially in the marina , thanks for the walk .
All the years I’ve been visiting Benal and the surrounding areas, at all times of year, I have never seen it so quiet - you simply cannot walk down the Paseo without it being crammed full of people anytime of day! Rather sad, in a way, because it’s designed for tourism and those poor people running those businesses must be desperate to see it so empty by comparison. Let’s hope it will recover because it really is a lovely place and comes highly recommended for a visit.
That was a very nice walk ,although we went there to visit some relations who were staying there we never saw any of the area you filmed we just visited for a few hours from our resort Torremolinos

Been to Benalmadena about ten times, I can only say it was a great place years ago but has lost it's sparkle, lot's of bars closed, up in Bonanza square, etc., beach bars still doing ok though,our favourite was Palm 5 don't know if Arnold still has it,smashing guy always time for a chat and good background music and Sky sports, giving you a good deal on drinks and food, clean bar as well ! Not much now in the way of nightlife, Benalmadena needs a good uplift, still a nice enough place and cheap enough though and ideal for a base to visit Andalucia, Gibraltar etc. !

I've been to fuengirola 4 times I'm bored of it. Next time I want to visit benalmadena. The hotels their are expensive. Is their any cheap hotels their on the coast. Basic hotel and breakfast will keep me happy.

I just got back and will make it my home by next year for my retirement. It can replace my actual dream I had, the Gold Coast of Australia.
