Always have to laugh at the ask for a Supply drop in the blue sector. I wish they buffed the Support role so it could toggle on/off Leadership VOIP, see all map markers, or place map markers for other SLs to see (like, build a Garrison with these supplies, or use supplies for defensive fortifications, etc).
Only started playing this game about 2 weeks ago. Im around lvl 45 & have been playing commander, SL & support/eng & arty. I'll always do the dirty work. There are certain tasks that need to be completed. Nodes & maintaining garrison placement throughout the game are crucial. Its been a blast & when commander, communicative SLs are a blessing.
Having dabbled with recording a bit lately (and mainly sorting it out) I recognize the pain.. your recaps are always top notch! Also love your short and concise command messages. I get so tired when people hold entire monologues :/
Part of why you’re an amazing commander (aside from your massive amount of experience, your incredible aim, your seemingly photogenic map knowledge… etc) is that you’re also an amazing squad leader. You understand that command chat needs to be brief and concise, and that commanding is quite lonely and silent most of the time. The worst thing ever are those commanders who think their job is to sit in spawn and bark orders and ask questions and use every fuckin ability on cooldown as well as announcing their useless usages of said abilities. Good job, as always. I firmly believe this team couldn’t have won this game with any commander if they couldn’t win with you. This type of game is beyond frustrating. Half of these idiots probably don’t even realize you dropped one of the best airheads they’ll ever see in their whole time playing this game - and they didn’t spawn on it either. P.S - it doesn’t matter how many of your videos I see… I’m always blown away by your aim and shooting skills. You are fucking lethal.
@@siLence-84 Thank you. I appreciate your comments. Yeah this is one of those teams that probably would have been steamrolled in 10 minutes without a good commander.
I felt your pain watching this game. Had one similar last Saturday night where I was pushed back to the last point as commander. Its not easy being a commander trying to build garrison for you team while they run not knowing what to do. Lucky for me, my team capped the second point. did a last ditched airhead and had everyone go full offensive after destroying their garrison on the mid point. It was do or die with 10 minutes to spare.
Those games, where the enemy team seems to always be on top of you, and whenever you feel like you are gaining momentum or the advantage, it is very short-lived. Your garrisons keep getting found and taken out, wherever you go there is a random bastard lying in wait for you to show up, eventually you just feel overwhelmed and no matter what trick you pull out your sleeve the enemies are right on top of you shutting you down. I'd like to learn from these experiences but I find it very difficult to not just call "HAX" when the other team just knows your every move before you make them.
3:30 that guy saw you go under and was prob like “what an idiot”, you shocked him back to life real quick.. when you emerged and he was ready to shoot instantly
It’s good. It doesn’t hit your mark exactly but close to it. Also, requires good map knowledge Of where they tend to congregate and run through to do really well. Otherwise, marks from command or SLs helps.
Curious as to your logic on why a precision strike on a garrison is a waste? (Not disagreeing with you, just want to know your reasoning.) What if you’ve got a perfect mark on a garrison that’s the core of their attack causing you a massive problem that you absolutely can’t seem to get to for whatever reason… and shutting that garrison down would stop the enemy dead in their tracks? Do you still believe it’s a waste in that scenario, and if so, why? I barely ever precision a garrison, but I do believe in a handful of situations that it is the right play.
Happens sadly. Surprised by the lack of spawn points being created and also lack of Arty presence. Didn’t seem to have many single player squads. Tends to aid these issues regardless of the remaining teams unity I find.
20:07 "hmm, 5 SLs moving towards pumping station while we barely have garries up at Rail and still don't have Canal. This is brilliant!"
ya welcome to HLL 2024 LOL, thats why i stopped being commander. Honestly the best role, but its the most stressful. sometimes talking to yourself.
Nice to see a game where you lose and how you deal with it, kinda weird game but very fun to watch! Nice work Crane :)

Whats unusual about this game, no nodes, no garrisons, no artillery, at least they are communicating ...
Yes indeed
I don’t understand how after all this time it is not routine to start with 3 sets of nodes, and a unit sets up artillery on objectives
You’re the best HLL content creator Crane. love the vids
Thank you, nice to see you again
the random attitude at the start tho... after about 10 minutes though i understood lmao

Thank you. Yes, I'm a big proponent of the less talk- the better. Most of us are actively in combat, chat is distracting.

There are always good players out there that will appreciate that kind of effort. Don't let it get you down pal.
Oh nothing gets me down anymore. :)
Cranking out the vids lately huh Crane? Loving it!
Had some free time lol, more to come

I love games that end like that. XD
This is one of those games that is fun and action packed for both sides.
for both sides it was hard work!
Should have called this vid "Murphys Game"...all that COULD go wrong, did go wrong! [*insert Little Andrew Macias getting interviewed meme here*]

It’s just bad luck. Unless it’s always the same guy wherever you go on the map.
1:42 Screw U Crane, I´m going home XD
There’s game where SLs just don’t do anything and it’s so frustrating
Why havnt I watched this vid yet??
regardless, thx for sharing theeerrmm.. odd games?? as well
I think support players should be able to refill their supply’s with 50 from the supply truck drops
dang you doing gods work on canal crossing and still no cap :S
That’s how I felt. Especially after that bombing run.
The other team was built differently
3:30 that guy saw you go under and was prob like “what an idiot”, you shocked him back to life real quick.. when you emerged and he was ready to shoot instantly
A few court marshalls are needed for these players.
Mine mine mine.....MINE MINE MINE!!!! Awwwww🤣
It made me think of the seagulls in Finding Nemo when I was editing it.
(hollywood narrative) He rushed to throw himself onto it to save his commander in chief.
He was like: "Screw you 'mine'! I was here first!!" 😂😂😂
You did pretty good for it being 99 vs 1. Seemed like your team did everything they could to make it impossible to win that game.
That is how it felt lol
Waitt theres artileery calculator… im boutta to abuse the fck outta of it

I would build nodes for you Cmdr Crane.
Thank you
the "zoom in" editing is nice, it might be annoying to edit in but keep using it
Not too bad to do, just easy to overlook sometimes.

It’s situational. If you have no other choice, then you can try it. But it usually misses. And then you lose the ability for 20 minutes.
how do you zoom in so far?
What was the average player rating..?
Referring to your comment on final minutes of video..
Seemed like 50-100. This was on a veteran server, so everyone was fairly high-level.
Really I just had a team that didn't work together well.
Happens sadly.

What server do you usually play if you don’t mind sharing..?
@@oly5383 TL servers and L9 nowadays, usually.

Terrible inexperienced team, zero map awareness
