Listening to this song because i recently had a major scare with my car. It's my baby and has got me through a lot. Genesis coupe 2.0t. Engine blew and i had a choice, spend an ungodly amount of money or give her up entirely. Well, today i blasted this song down the road as i drove in her, fully fixed. Got me emotional. Well worth it. And she looks so beautiful driving in the sunrise.
The first 30 seconds of this song sets my soul on fire...an inner warmth ✨️ I feel so much emotion when listening to this. It's like a release. Its always on repeat.
Also, I don't think I've heard a more beautiful song in my life that has touched my soul. I very recently lost my dog to old age. God brought me to your song. I have cried, weeping with reflection and dreamed about her more deeply while listening to this song. People ask how I'm feeling, I share this song and say "this is how I feel". You have touched me deeply. Thank you, in my grief, for holding her close while listening to this.
Video is stunning... but is just that...close your eyes ride the offering twice, thrice, sometimes your ears are your sight...i was a hawk on the violin, mindful of the piano keeping the air curr ents favorable, stable. So, much.love.
Motivational Monday Week 19 Morning Light by David Tolk ruclips.net/video/3EUJNDYTMOA/видео.html Happy Monday! I hope your Mother’s Day weekend was enjoyable. I spent Sunday texting my family and lifting myself out of the dark mood I was slipping into. This Mother’s Day was the 9th anniversary of my Mom’s passing. It’s easy to let myself get sucked down into depression; especially now when we are keeping ourselves isolated and can’t go out like we normally do because of the virus. Instead, I have to try other things I’ve learned. I may not be able to go see a friend but I can call one or text them. I make a list in the morning and mark things off. This gives me a sense of accomplishment. I listen to my personal motivational play list. Music lifts my spirit. I try to do something creative and artistic; coloring, cross-stitching, creating patterns, writing. This clears the fog in my mind and gets my imagination working. I watch what I eat. I’m a stress-eater and tend to over eat. This keeps me from feeling worse. I begin looking for all the positives. It was a beautiful, sunny day. I was able to wish all my female family members a Happy Mother’s Day. I spoke with someone I hadn’t spoken to in awhile. I received a very sweet compliment from a friend. My chronic pain level was very low today. I could breathe and didn’t have to use my inhaler. This focuses me on the good things. I do something that relaxes me and that I enjoy; I made time to continue reading my book. This comforts me in a positive way. I go outside in the sun and feel the warmth of the rays soak into my skin. This feels good and helps my body release serotonin which boosts my mood. These are all things which help me when I feel the darkness come over me. It takes practice to realize when it’s beginning and sometimes I have to do them more than once. They do help most of the time though. I would rather work on lifting myself out of a dark mood than wallow in it. It’s a horrible feeling when I can’t function and all I want to do is cry and sleep. If you suffer from depression I would like to hear about what helps you. This song is one I listened to several times on Sunday. I focused on my breathing and let it lift me up. I hope it helps you begin your week on a positive note. Rosie Hendrix

Motivational Monday Week 19
Morning Light by David Tolk

Happy Monday!
This
keeps me from feeling worse.
