This honestly seems fake. DigitalOcean doesn't provide free Virtual Private Servers (VPS) and so I doubt your community would be able to provide them let alone 32 core/64GB RAM instances. Do your due diligence and check how much a server like that would cost on DigitalOcean. If you were giving that many out to everyone for free, you'd be broke by the time this goes trending. If you were planning on funneling people into your own Discord community, or any community for that matter, really this isn't the way to do it. This video and entire channel just seems clickbaity and disappointing.
