The associative stuff with the brain is so true, when I'm high I always make way more connections between stuff even if the connections don't make any sense. Also the present moment does matter so much, and every moment matters just as much as any other so it's really important to live in the moment because living in other moments just makes the present moment less rich and vibrant and impactful for me

Your subconscious self will store data on whatever you pay attention to, so if you are paying attention to the negative aspects and feelings you will become more negative. Not that you shouldn't feel your negative feelings, but that you should try to be aware of the negative feeling not being a part of who you really are and observe it as something that is affecting you rather than something that's a part of you. Basically just be as happy as you can whenever you can about whatever you can be happy about

This is like another world to me.. my fathers family comes from growing coffee in the Carribean, I've drank coffee pretty much all my life. You're right about sleep issues, though. For me, I can only drink in the morning, any caffeine after noonish and its harder for me to fall asleep.

Was using it all day every day, since the convenience of it kept me in a constant dopamine high for about a year then I got bored of it and stopped, lmao.
