In the light jet segment, yes; that's with planes that can do up to 4500m/7240km. Beyond that range, that's Bombadier's or Gulfstream's territory.

I'm waiting for one. Only little worried about the cabin height.
Yes; 4.11ft is a bit too low; but because the cabin isn't too long, there isn't much need to walk for long while stooping low. The seats are also designed to be much lower so there's more headroom.
