He sometimes consume 12,000 calorie in one meal, a normal person consume 12,000 calorie in 3 days and weigh 180 lb, but this guy is only 125 lb. He denied he has crazy metabolism doesn't mean he doesn't have crazy metabolism. He eats lots of garbage every single week. I don't think anyone who copies his diet and exercise hard are enough to maintain his weight.

While I love Cinnamon Swirls & Cinnamon Buns, my experience of tucking into a Cinnabon one was not a pleasant one. The icing was just too much, giving it so much sweetness & a surprisingly gritty texture (via the crystallised chunks of sugar.) it made the texture of the pastry & the flavour of the cinnamon get lost completely. Their mini ones however, aren't that bad. At least that sugar flavour isn't so pronounced.
