None of what you say is fundamentally relevant in India. What is relevant is the Constitution of India and its judiciary. If the judiciary’s verdict cannot be enforced, then what is the point in having a judiciary. Also, your statistics on Jacobite and Orthodox is wrong. Jacobites are only about 1/3 of the Orthodox.
