Silver Sage is more to my liking! Northern Cliffs is also one I love as I love taupes! City Shadow is pretty amazing too! You have chosen some great colors!
I painted my bedroom, living room and dining room in Morning Dew with Oxford white trim. I love this color! I’m a “green” girl and this paint color subtly shows green, but also light gray depending on which room and lighting. It’s a perfect neutral but definitely is not blah. Feels like color on the walls without it screaming. Pairs so well with wood floors, my charcoal couch and taupe carpet. Thanks so much for doing these videos! This one definitely helped me when I narrowed my colors down :)

Hi. I’m wanting to paint our bathroom a gray green and am thinking November Rain based on the sample I put up. However, Morning Dew has caught my interest. Is there much of a difference between these two? One greener, more gray, or more beige than the other??
Have you ever reviewed Lush from Affinity collection? Or Head over heels also from Affinity collection? I have Lush in our SW living room and it is amazing! Just looking to find a good pairing for nearby hall and kitchen.
How would this look in a South facing room, low natural light with dark wood trim? I was considering Behr Silver Ash but this has me intrigued. I have a 2 story entry way to be painted on my time off next week and want to pick up samples if you recommend giving it a try.
Why do you focus on Benjamin Moore so much? I’d like to hear more about smaller paint companies who approach their colors like artisans. Donald Kaufman, C2, etc.. And some of us would like to hear about colors other than beige, greige, greeneige, gray, whites, taupes, blah blah blah Take a challenging color and show us how it can work in different environments and beside different hues. And please discuss color theory and the importance of considering a color’s value in addition to hue.

I wanted a colour that was light to match the yellow bamboo floors but also bring the outdoors indoors. Currently it is white and super boring. Morning Dew might work keeping it airy but bringing the green out the window inside.

My hunch is to go more greige to tie it all together, but without seeing it, I can’t say for sure. Have a look at revere pewter or something like a balboa mist to start and see if that strikes your fancy!
Hi Laura, it depends what you like. Simply white has a warmth and morning dew is cool, so next to each other they will likely contrast you might notice some undertones. That may or may not work for you so best to compare them side by side.
Hey! I read a thing that you should use black colours in a north facing room? I’ve been looking to paint my wall in my bedroom soot or tricorn black and i dont want it to look awful :)
Hey, it's not that you should use black, but more that you can even though there's less light. It might make it feel cozier. Both blacks you've chosen are nice, soot is gonna lean slightly more blue if that makes a difference! Have fun, it'll look great!
i think morning dew is very blah. neither here nor there. it's like it's trying to be yellow or green but missed the mark. IMO, it's much better as an accent color as you showed with the other darker colors.

It will read as warm white.
I think Morning Dew would look lovely but you could also look at BM Ballet White or Edgecomb Gray! :)

most decorators and fancy painters use BM, so the people watching his videos care more about BM, and so he uses BM and knows the colors.
