Is official policy encouraging fly-tipping?

Illegal dumping is increasing across Britain, and there are growing concerns that officials are inadvertently encouraging fly-tipping through a range of policies and charges.

Yesterday i was sent up to clean up fly tipped takeaway waste from outside an Indian takeaway, When i went through the bags found just eat receipts, found out it was the Takeaway who reported the dumped rubbish who was fly tipping. To make matters worse i had to apologize to the takeaway for the mess outside his shop. I work for a council and feel the services are being destroyed so they can be privatised. I have worked in the same job since 1988 used to love my job now just try and get through the day. Forced to commit fraud on a daily basis under instruction in order to keep my job is the hardest part.

Councils need to open the tips 24/7. The cost is being paid indirectly by everyone, including the councils.

Fly tipping is 100% down to council greed charging for rubbish tipping and even charging bulky items removal, if dumping rubbish in the proper place was free there wouldnt be any fly tipping.
