SSA-E is definitely my favorite. I used to run the Larues which are fine triggers in their own right. But the SSA-E just feels much better to me. Especially when you can get them in the $140-$160 range.
Good Video. I don't have any experience with the Larue but I have rifles with both the AST and G2S. In my opinion, the G2S is the better trigger but not so much better that it's worth spending the extra money to get over the AST unless it's on sale.
The Centurion is a just a Schmid Tool. Centurions are just branded. SOLGW new trigger is a Schmid with a Texas logo. You can buy versions of the one Centurion is using from Schmid and others for even less than what Centurion is charging. It's crazy how those Schmids have become house brands so to speak. They all investment cast.
Yeah but what you don't get with the Schmid is the kewl Centurion bullet/spear tip logo on the trigger and hammer. That alone is worth the extra $18 or so bucks!! Plus, the logo makes it perform notably better and faster. Like those kids that slap a Greddy sticker on their 2006 Honda Civic: it automatically adds like 20-30 HP
@@regulardudegungearreviewsh3132 The Tricon is my favorite trigger. I like that trigger shoe. But I have a Schmid phosphated 2 stage in a gun. I like it. I'm not really a trigger snob. I have no problem running a GI single stage.

💯% agree
I put Larue triggers in all my stuff, great value.
