I have a pretty good grasp on offense, but I just can't seem to get the hang of defending in FIFA 15. Guess I'll just have to forget about FUT and keep playing as a forward in pro clubs :)
To me I have a natural defending skill.I play very lenient at the start of the game,but at the end you'll most likely have more than 3 of your players hurt.Offense was hard for me to learn because I couldn't play without sprinting for the entire possession.If I have any advise for you is to not move your players around so much on D.Your taking all of them out of position and allowing the opponent to get easy opportunities at a shot.I suggest not using a player from your line (The point of offsides) unless completely necessary.My biggest piece of advise is to follow what the CPU was doing originally when you switched to him.Make sure to pick one player each time they gain the ball,and use him as your main defender and causally switch over to a person every 5-10 seconds
I'll probably just stick to pro clubs and leave FIFA otherwise alone. The AI is just giving me a headache. Outside of pro clubs I'll probably just stick to NBA and NHL.

Oh and by the way (I don't know if you do already) Turn auto switching off
