We make "ice cream" (we are on a Nourishing Traditions step) frozen bananas and Kiefer (add vanilla to make it vanilla. Add coco powder for chocolate or add coco powder and pb for a "Reese's" ice cream. We are actually VERY new to this way of eating so I will start adding in a raw egg yolk now

What stage are these smoothies for, please. I'm having too restart from scratch with stage 1 and fruit is my weakness (I dont think it hurts me but I know I'm not supposed to have them yet). When can I make these??
Please can you share a link to the blender? It doesn’t seem to be in the description. I’m not yet at the shakes stage. I can only tolerate 1/8 teaspoon Kefir! It’s so bizarre but any more would put me in a psych ward. That’s how sick my body is. But things are improving. I love your videos thank you.
I have a question. So I do want to start eventually consuming more organ meats. I already started with liver and I want to make a liver pate. I also have a grass fed organic beef liver supplement, But I also want to start the GAPS diet and I was wondering at what stage is it appropriate to start introducing organ meats ? My bf and I both agreed we are starting the GAPS diet this new year. Can’t wait. Both our guts been abused by antibiotics junk food and coffee!

I am 4 month to gaps introduction but still can't tolerate egg and dairy... what am I don't wrong. The egg yolks worsen my acid reflux. Help,I am doing this on my own.

These are mostly full GAPS, raw fruit is added in stage 6 :)

They're pretty sweet, and I usually use them for GAPS baking, but you could add them if you want to!

im doing goats milk kefir but im not able to find raw milk im using whole milk is that bad?

It is cultured milk :) Kefir has lots more beneficial bacteria and yeast strains than yogurt!
