how to make wash buffer

@@UmarKhan-ex8dc simple you need to mix 1 ml wash buffer solution in a bottle having 20 ml distilled water
The wash buffer is available in the kit of every Elisa but the wash buffer is pure you need to dilute
Thus for 1ml we need 20 ml and for 2 ml we need 40 ml distilled water and so on 😊
