I lost my dad in July. He was 84 and had a lot of health issues but I had no idea last year would be our last Christmas on this earth together. I was with him when he was admitted to the hospital and the spirit told me I wouldn't see him again on this earth. The last words I said to him where, "I love you dad". I will be forever grateful those were the last words I said to him. This Christmas and throughout the year, remember to tell those you love that you love them. We never know when they will leave us. Like um, are you nuts? I had to go back and listen a second time. What truth of Christmas was sung? There was no point at all to the song it was cute yes I agree I love the piano music but the words it was but a jingle had no point and I see no true meaning of anything. Did they mention any main figure of Chrismas I mean is there a santa? Is there a true reason for the season? Trish honey it is clear to me you are a robot. I can never get over how well your voices blend. The way your parts weave together and subtly switch back and forth in priority reminds me a little of the contrapuntal style of Bach's fugues. Also the fact that we've been able to watch your journey all the way from being unknown to where you're at now makes your music all that more special because it's easier to view you as normal (albeit very talented) people rather than celebrities on a pedestal.

What a beautiful song. This year I have had a little bit of Christmas all year quite literally. We left our small upstairs Christmas tree up a bit longer than usual until things started getting back to normal a bit more, by which point it was closer to this Christmas than last one so we kept it up. Now I can look upon it from my craft room as I get ready for Christmas card making.

I just heard this beautiful song and it was what I needed on this particular day. There was a shooting at our mall this afternoon while my daughter was working at a store there and it was all very unsettling when she called us in tears. Luckily, no one had life threatening injuries, but 4 people were shot as well as a couple people hurt trying to get to the exit via escalator. There was a young child terrified there which bothered my daughter immensely since she has a young one around the same age. I love your voices and I have always admired Jim Brickman's music too. You two show the goodness there is vs. people who do these awful things. I hope I can come watch a concert sometime when you both play near us if that happens in the future. Congrats on your success and keep making your wonderful music!

I can always count on you to lift my spirits and make me smile. I am still grieving the loss of my beautiful Mother on 8/16, and the unexpected loss of my amazing father-in-law on 8/25. Nine days apart and my world will never be the same. This will be our first Christmas without the two people who made the holidays so much more joyful. Hoping I can find a way to honor their memory and somehow get through a day without so many tears. Thank you for this beautiful song.
