@@Mysmallhobby Yep, this is another excellent video tutorial, Tomo - and regarding purchasing a scale model of a WWII fighter which features the figure of a pilot, let me recommend Zoukei Mura's 1/32nd Bf109G, featuring Erich Hartmann (oh, and if you'll permit correction of a spelling mistake @ 14:44: the past partiple of stretch is spelt stretched, not 'streached')
I'm sorry, but I think you're misinformed. Spitfire propellers, with exception of prototypes and first production versions (MkI), all off tem, like Theo majority of World War II aircraft, erre equipped with Metallica propellers. That's why teu bens during emergência landings... And Theo pilot's SEAT was Aldo Metallica. Otherwise, congratulations for Theo excellent modelink work.
Hello. You are half rigt ;) Depending ond the prop manufacturer. ROTOL 3 blade varius pitch props were wooden composite. Here is a video link. It will explain it better than me :) It starts at about 3 min in to the video. ruclips.net/video/ddLNsQC7Srs/видео.html
New subber here! I love your Spitfire!
O welcome :D and thanks ;)
Great job. The build and painting are top notch. Too bad there's no pilot figure.
Happy modeling.
