I like his dance teaching style of starting with basic moves with music and then breaking them down into details as opposed to most dance instructors starting out with instructions first and then some dancing moves last. His dancing instruction is fun to watch and immediately puts us into the dancing mode.

The "Rolling of the Arm"--very keenly--allows the follower to practice on the 3-step turn. Sometimes the 3-step turn is known as the chaine turn.
It is possible to do two "Rolling of the Arms" in a series.
