What is the most iconic thing you've visited in Britain?

If I had a DeLorean time machine I would go back and be an apprentice for Isembard Kingdom Brunel, and enjoy every minute of it...... Great Video

I agree, it would be nice to shake the Black Gentlemen's hands that built the bridge

@@user-hb8lx7sw1d The bridge was built by "navvies." A great majority of navvies in Britain were English. Navvies was a labor group of English labourers that worked on major civil engineering projects.

@@laurabryan7206 Who were the navvies? The word 'navvy' came from the 'navigators' who built the first navigation canals in the UK during the18th century, at the very dawn of the Industrial Revolution. By the standards of the day they were well paid, but their work was hard and often very dangerous. The navvies were mostly Englishmen and a small amount of Irishmen. I would shake hands with anyone for their accomplishments no matter what color their hand was. Have a blessed day.

How bizarre, Britain's most iconic bridge? It looks great and everything, but its hardly the Forth Bridge is it.

The suspension bridge is high up in the gorge though it’s arguably more impressive
